What We Build

We demo existing cabinets, countertops, and flooring, then rebuild from the subfloor up. New cabinet boxes are shimmed plumb and level before face frames are installed, countertops are templated and set, and tile backsplash is laid in a full mortar bed. Ideal when you want a complete layout change or appliance upgrade.
Work begins with waterproofing the shower pan and cement-board substrate before any tile is set. Large-format porcelain or marble tile is back-buttered and leveled with clip spacers. Freestanding tubs are rough-plumbed to specification, and frameless glass enclosures are measured and installed after tile is fully cured.
Subfloor is inspected and any soft spots are sistered or shimmed before new material goes down. Hardwood and LVP are acclimated on-site, starter rows are snapped to a chalk line, and transitions are scribed to fit doorways cleanly. Tile floors receive a full mud-bed or uncoupling membrane depending on substrate conditions.
Dimensional wood batten or MDF panel layouts are planned on paper first, then each piece is ripped to width, mitered at corners, and face-nailed through a color-matched pilot hole. Seams are caulked and sanded flush before paint. Best for living rooms, offices, and dining areas that need a strong focal point without structural work.
Cracks and nail pops are cut back, filled with setting-type compound, and feathered over two coats before primer. Walls receive a full prime coat, then two finish coats rolled and back-brushed for an even sheen. Trim is cut in by hand and lightly sanded between coats for a clean break at every edge.
We pull permits, coordinate trades, and manage the build schedule from foundation to punch-list. Framing is inspected before insulation goes in, rough mechanicals are confirmed before drywall closes, and every finish trade is sequenced so nothing has to be redone. Suits room additions, garage conversions, and full interior gut-renovations.
